Waitlist and launch sign-up forms

Launching something? Collect early sign-ups with a short form and a clear consent question, then invite people in when you’re ready. That’s exactly how our own waitlist worked.

How it works

  1. Start from the Waitlist template

Name, work email, company and what they’d use it for, with a consent question built in.

  2. Put the link everywhere

On your launch page, in a post, or on a QR code at an event.

  3. Invite people in

Sign-ups land in a Google Sheet, or go by webhook to your email tool or CRM, ready for when you open the doors.

Why it fits

Consent you can show

Every sign-up ticked a consent box, and the form’s version history keeps the exact wording they agreed to.

A clean launch page

Embed the form without adding cookies or trackers to your page.

Into your tools

Send sign-ups to Make, n8n or Zapier, and from there to your mailing list (Starter and up).

Questions

Can sign-ups go to my mailing list?

Yes: with a webhook through Make, n8n or Zapier (Starter and up), or by importing a CSV export.

Can I cap the number of sign-ups?

Yes. Set a response limit and the form closes itself when it’s reached.
