Use cases

Event registration and RSVP forms

Weddings, workshops, conferences, team dinners. Ask who’s coming, follow up only with the people who said yes, and keep the guest list in a Google Sheet everyone can see.

How it works

  1. Start from the RSVP template

Name, email, “Will you be there?”, guests and dietary needs. The follow-up questions appear only for people who are coming.

  2. Send the link

By email, in a group chat, or as a QR code printed on the invitation.

  3. Watch the list grow

Each reply adds a row to your Google Sheet and can email the organisers. The form closes itself on the date you set, or when the room is full.

Why it fits

Questions only when they matter

Ask about allergies only when someone ticks “An allergy”, and about guests only when they’re coming.

A guest list that keeps itself

One row per reply in Google Sheets, with new columns when you add questions. Share the sheet with your co-organisers.

Closes on time

Set a closing date or a maximum number of replies. After that, people see a polite note that the form is no longer accepting responses.

Health details, handled with care

Dietary needs and allergies can count as health data. Ask only what the kitchen needs, and let the answers delete themselves after the event.

Questions

Can the form stop when we’re full?

Yes. Set a response limit in the form’s settings and it closes itself when the limit is reached. You can also set a closing date.

Can I print a QR code on the invitation?

Yes. Every published form has a QR code you can download as SVG or PNG from its Share panel.

Where do the answers go?

To your Agent002 account, which is stored in the EU, and to an email and a Google Sheet if you add them.
