Job application forms, without a recruiting suite
Collect applications from your careers page or a job post. Candidates send their details and links to a CV or portfolio, each application reaches the people hiring, and applications are deleted automatically after the period you choose, as the GDPR expects.
How it works
-
Start from the template
Contact details, the role, CV links, motivation and a start date, with a consent box that says how long you keep applications.
-
Publish it on your careers page
Embed the form, or link to it from LinkedIn and job boards.
-
Review and reply
Applications are emailed to the people hiring and stay in your account. Export them to CSV or Excel to compare.
Why it fits
Deleted on schedule
Set how many days to keep applications. Older ones delete themselves, also on our side, so you never keep CVs longer than you said.
CV links, not attachments
Candidates share a link to a CV, LinkedIn profile or portfolio, so you don’t end up storing files you then have to protect and delete.
One form, several roles
List your open roles in one question, or make a form per role and send each to its hiring manager.
Fair to candidates
No tracking while they apply, and no AI reading or ranking their answers.
Questions
Can candidates upload a CV file?
Not at the moment. They paste a link to their CV, a shared folder or their LinkedIn profile.
How long should we keep applications?
As long as the hiring process needs, plus any period your law allows for claims; many employers choose three to six months. Say it in your privacy notice and set the same period on the form (up to 90 days on Starter, a year on Team and up).
Can applications go into our HR system?
Yes, with a webhook (Starter and up), either directly or through Make, n8n or Zapier.

Free for personal use. Businesses get 14 days of Starter, no card needed.
