Send answers to Zapier

Zapier can start a Zap for every response. You need the “Webhooks by Zapier” trigger, which is available on Zapier’s paid plans.

Set it up

1. In Zapier, create a Zap. For the trigger, choose Webhooks by Zapier and the event Catch Hook.
2. Copy the webhook URL Zapier shows (https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/…).
3. In Agent002, open your form, go to Destinations → Webhook, paste the address and choose Add.
4. Choose Send a test in Agent002, then Test trigger in Zapier. The sample answers appear.
5. Add your actions and map the answers, for example Submission Answers Email. Publish the Zap.

Good to know

• Zapier flattens the data: answers appear as Submission Answers …, and each item of fields as Fields Label / Fields Text.
• To check the signature, use Catch Raw Hook instead, which keeps the headers and the raw body, and a Code step. See the webhooks guide.
• Zapier is a US company, so answers sent there may leave the EU. Mention it in your privacy notice: see the GDPR checklist.
