Send answers to Make
Make (make.com) can run a scenario for every response and pass the answers to any of its apps.
Set it up
- In Make, create a scenario and add the Webhooks → Custom webhook module. Choose Add, give it a name and copy the address (it looks like
https://hook.eu1.make.com/…). - In Agent002, open your form, go to Destinations → Webhook, paste the address and choose Add.
- While Make shows “Make is now listening”, choose Send a test in Agent002. Make learns the structure of the data from it.
- Add the next modules (Google Docs, a CRM, email…) and map the answers. Turn the scenario on.
Mapping
- Answers are under
submission→answers, by question key. fieldsis a list with each question’slabelandtext. Use an Iterator on it to send every answer, whatever the form contains.- If you add questions to the form later, send another test and choose Redetermine data structure in the webhook module.
Make is a European company, and you can keep your data in its EU region. To check that requests really come from Agent002, see the signature in the webhooks guide.
