Pages, ratings, NPS and prefilled links
The question types and settings that make longer forms easier to answer and their results easier to read.
Split a form into pages
- In Questions, choose Add question → Page break where a new page should start. Give it a title if you like, such as “About your visit”.
- People see Back and Next buttons and “Page 2 of 3”. Each page is checked before they can move on.
- Conditions go on questions, not on page breaks. A page whose questions are all hidden is skipped.
Ratings and scales
- Rating: 3 to 10 stars, 5 by default.
- Scale / NPS: a row of numbers from 0 or 1 up to 10, with optional words under each end, like “Not likely” and “Very likely”.
- In Responses → Summary, both show their average, median and how the answers spread over every point of the scale.
- A 0 to 10 scale also shows the Net Promoter Score: the share of people who answered 9 or 10, minus the share who answered 0 to 6, from −100 to +100.
Fill in answers from the link
Add answers to the form’s link and they appear already filled in: useful when you send a form to people whose details you already have, or link to it from your own system.

- Use each question’s answer key, shown under Advanced in the question.
- For choice questions, use the option’s value or its label. For several choices, separate them with commas.
- Values that don’t fit the question are ignored. Consent boxes are never filled in: people must tick them themselves.
- People can still change anything before they send.
Send people a copy of their answers
- Add an Email question to the form.
- In Settings → After sending, turn on Let people email themselves a copy of their answers.
- People get a tick box before the Send button. The copy goes to the address they typed, and replying to it reaches Agent002, not you, so give your own contact details in the form if you want replies.
To stop misuse, each address gets at most one copy every 10 minutes, and a form sends at most 500 copies a day.
