# Agent002 Forms

> A privacy-first online form and survey builder, made in Romania and hosted in Germany. Forms set no cookies, store no IP addresses, load no trackers and use no AI on answers, on every plan including the free one.

Company: LINK SOLUTIONS SRL, Bucharest, Romania (EU). Launched 19 October 2026. Contact: hello@agent002.eu.

Six privacy defaults on every form and every plan: no cookies; no IP addresses (or browser and device details) stored; hosted in the EU (Germany); no Google CAPTCHA (a proof-of-work puzzle instead); no tracking pixels; answers that delete themselves after a period the owner chooses.

- Personal: free, individuals only. 5 forms, 500 responses a month, 1 person, answers kept up to 30 days, small "Powered by" line.
- Starter: EUR 12 (60 lei). 15 forms, 5,000 responses a month, 5 people, 90 days, no branding.
- Team: EUR 29 (150 lei). Unlimited forms, 25,000 responses a month, 15 people, 1 year, custom CSS.
- Scale: EUR 79 (420 lei). Unlimited forms, responses and people, 1 year.
- Enterprise: on request (dedicated EU server, SLA).

Limitations: no file uploads yet, no payments in forms, no AI summaries (by design), one language per form (English, French, German, Italian or Romanian), app in English only, no custom domains or single sign-on.
