Two-step sign-in, 28 new themes and familiar names in the form editor

Two-step sign-in: under Account, add a code from an authenticator app on your phone to your password, with recovery codes for a lost phone. More about security.

36 themes, all free: Glass, Pop, Swiss, Editorial, Clay, Aurora, Bauhaus, Terminal, Y2K and Paper join the classic looks, each in light and dark, with fonts we host ourselves so forms still load nothing from anyone else. Browse them in Settings → Look or under Themes. About themes.

Elements now go by the names other form builders use, so they're easier to find: Multiple choice (pick one), Checkboxes (tick all that apply), Dropdown, Linear scale / NPS and Hidden field (was “hidden value”). Nothing changes in your forms or exports. The language pickers on this site show each language's flag. New pages: Security, Accessibility, Legal notice and this changelog.

Forms in all 24 EU languages, replies, file uploads and help in the app

24 languages: every form can be in any official EU language, with its buttons, checks, country names, thank-you page and emailed copy.
Replies on responses (Team and up): the thank-you page gives people a private link where they read your replies and write back. How replies work.
File uploads (paid plans): documents and pictures, checked for viruses on our own servers and stored encrypted.
Help in the app: ask us from the app's top bar and follow the answer there.
A new thank-you page in the form's language, with an optional “what happens next” and a privacy note.

Spam checks, a new form dialog and templates in more languages

Answers sent within 3 seconds of opening a form are set aside, and the puzzle that replaces CAPTCHA gets harder when a form is flooded.
A new Create a form dialog asks for the name, language, how long to keep responses and your privacy notice up front.
Accounts need a confirmed email address to use the app; live forms keep taking answers meanwhile.

A new form editor

Edit right on the form, in your theme, with drag and drop and two columns.
Nine new elements: Dropdown, Country, Date and time, Image, Divider, Name, Address, Matrix and Ranking.
Hidden fields filled in from the link, and a link builder under Share.
Email notifications for every answer, or as a daily or weekly digest.

Sign-up is open: free for personal use, with 14 days of Starter for businesses. Forms set no cookies, store no IP addresses and are hosted in the EU, on every plan.
